You allowed us to drop off the car the night before and listened as we asked for more than just an oil change. We do miss your oil change coupons but also know with a change in ownership comes changes.

The personalization has decreased since the last time I was there. Nothing was explained to what was done even though it was just an oil change and tire rotation. I don’t even know when I’m due for my next service cause there was no sticker to let me know. Coffee are was a mess. I was going to clean it up but there wasn’t anything to do that with. Very disappointed. I worked for General Motors and over my desk I had a sign. If you think the customer is not important think again.

Had a small rodent chew wires. I was able to locate and repair some, but not all. Tech had to search and test continuity to find broken LAN wire. Was in the loom over the top of the transmission. It took some time, but he was successful.

My oil change and tire rotation was done quickly and I'm happy with the service.

My review has nothing to do with the service provided as I have only had the SUV back for a couple days. I have never purchased a vehicle through a dealership that doesn't have a loaner vehicle available. The first time in for service there wasn't a vehicle available and now this time cost me $800 for a almost 3 week rental. Where I purchased my car they provided a loaner and my car was being serviced for one day. I don't expect that level of service everywhere but if a vehicle is going to take over 2 weeks to service I expect to be provided with a loaner.

My father had returned his vehicle twice since 4 new tires were installed due to leaking air. Both times different excuses were given for the issues. This should never happened and both excuses should have been addressed and corrected when they were put in the car..the first time. Living in Gahanna and having to make an additional two around trips to Lancaster was unnecessary and time consuming for all parties. Our salesperson over sold Braden's service department capabilities....IMO. What should have been a simple tire replacement became a real issue and created stress for an 88 yo man and his daughter. I would not recommend this dealership based on service. Sorry.

Price

Prices have increased by at least 70% in less than a year. Probably due to new ownership.

Professional, experienced, and curtios staff. Treated like a customer, very clean waiting area and service department. The performed work was completed in a timely manner and everything was explained in detail by the service department.

Car was fixed, but service was terrible. Was told daily car would be fixed the next day and parts weren’t even in yet. They moved people in front of me, when I had an appointment before dropping the vehicle off to be worked on.

Great experience in every way

Customer service was average. While in the lounge waiting for my car, witnessed an interaction with another customer. While I don't know the entire story, it was very uncomfortable. I watched them take my car back for the oil change and then no more than 15 mins later bring it back. $99 for an oil change that took less than 15 mins seems ridiculous.

The team was great. Very polite and easy to talk with. Answered all questions we had and didn’t rush us or push us to make a sale. Extremely happy with the team there.

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice. The place closed at 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday and they stayed until after 7:00 p.m. finishing up my deal. They didn't complain once.

I purchased a 2026 Terrain AT4 and Wesley and William were excellent in the purchase.

My personal experience has been OK - they were professional and seemed helpful. I went there because my brother was buying a truck from them and his experience has been far worse - his heads up display is not working and other features are now not working and no one seems to know why and first they can get it in to service is a week after purchase, they really don't seem concerned.

Horrible experience at Braeden, service manager Angie is very rude, dealership definitely plummeted post sale. Have requested to be removed from all contacts for this dealership.

Customer waiting are was nice but has a leaky roof and TV did not work.

The process was fast and efficient, and the salesman was excellent.

Service was quick but customer service was lacking. Although I think the price point of $420 for oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter is too high. The service tech adjusted the seat and did not put it back, I did not get a reminder sticker in the windshield, the filter reminder was not updated on the dash and there was grease prints all over driver side door and handle.

Service was done in a timely manner. We were kept in the loop. Friendly staff. Was not happy about the 3% charge to use a credit card. We had to go to the bank to get cash. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Went in for my first oil change/tire rotation and 7500 mile inspection. Took 1.5 hours, kind of long but they did a good job. Waiting room needs some cleaning up, but it was nice to have access to snacks.

Dustin, William, and Drew were all very helpful. The one disappointment in my experience is that the pictures on the website of the truck I eventually purchased showed it having a tonneau cover, but when I arrived, the truck didn't have one.

For the beyond Red Carpet service go to Braden Cadillac. Where everyone speaks to you. It feels more like family ,not a dealership. I laughed so much my jaws hurt that night. We bought our vehicle in record time. This will definitely be our dealership from now on. We will make sure everyone knows it too.

Wonderfully nice people, I was so lost because I’ve never used the service door before and everyone was kind and guided me to where I needed to be. Waiting room was pretty cool. If I had kids, I’d feel great about bringing them there because the door actually shuts and there were some kid stuff on there. Would 100% go back
